PIG COOKIES

These adorable cookies were made by Becky for a church BBQ. The theme was "The Three Little Pigs." We had a great lesson on Food Storage and being prepared. A story was read about the Three Little Pigs, adapted to food storage and which pig was prepared. It was a fun evening. The cookies made the perfect dessert.

I wanted to show off these adorable cookies for the idea of making pig faces on a regular sugar cookie.
Bake your favorite sugar cookie. Use a roll out recipe so you can cut them into circles.
The frosting she used was a pre mix can frosting.  Make a vanilla frosting and add a few drops of red food coloring.
The eyes a mini chocolate chips
The nose is a marshmellow cut off the end and place the sticking side down
Push the point of regular chocolate chips into the marshmellow for the nose
the ears are pink Waffer cookies. Cut into a square ,then cut the square in half for the ears.
