STRAWBERRY FILLING FOR CREAM PUFFS

  • CREAM FILLING:
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar divided
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Confectioners' sugar
  • Additional sliced strawberries
