ORANGE PINEAPPLE DIPPING SAUCE/COCONUT CHICKEN




1/2 cup apricot preserves


1/4 cup crushed pineapple, undrained

1 tsp orange zest

Combine ingredients together and stir until well blended. Serve with coconut chicken
